C.A.M.'s Quik-Fit Stirrup Panels are shipped completely assembled, ready for immediate installation to the inner or outer cage. The required number (lines) of stirrup elements are held in place by flexible element tie wires allowing the panel to be formed by hand to the contour of the cage. Loops and elements are spaced to permit easy installation, and may be held in place with locking rods, tie wires, or may be tack welded, depending on pipe diameter, length, class, and method of production.
Quik-Fit Stirrup Panels work equally well with cages rolled from welded wire fabric or manufactured from wire or rod. For manufactured cages, C.A.M. either matches the loop spacing to the pitch used on your cage-making equipment or provides alternate reinforcing methods.
Quik-Fit Panels come in a variety of sizes to fit 24" through 168" diameter pipe, Class 3 through Class 5 or any specific D-Load requirement. Panel lengths are sized for 4' through 20' pipe, but custom designs for any applications are available. Two or more Quik-Fit panels are utilized per pipe.
Panel loop lengths are available for any wall thickness, and variable lengths can be combined within the same panel. This option makes Quik-Fit panels ideal for round pipe with elliptical cages, and arch pipe.
C.A.M.'s Quik-Fit Stirrup Panels are the ONLY prefabricated system available, and they are designed for use in ALL reinforced concrete pipe configurations...even box culverts...to allow you to take advantage of significant savings in circumferential steel requirements. Three edge bearing tests and cost analyses have proved that Quik-Fit is the cost-effective way to produce quality pipe to any design D-Load requirements...particulary in large diameter, heavy D-Load projects!
